Reconciliation of executive officer numbers including Higher Education and Skills

Information extracted from the fortnightly payroll of staff receiving pay as at the last payroll at June 2014.  Executive Officers are separately reported into those earning more than $100,000 and those earning less than $100,000 for the financial year (according to the relevant note in the Financial Statements), to which any vacancies are added and any separations subtracted to arrive at the total number of Executive Officers for the year since the last report.
