Precinct Structure Plan Boundaries

The declared growth areas of Melbourne have been divided into 119 precincts, each of which will have a Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) completed to help guide the development of new residential and commercial areas. The PSP Boundaries Layer contains the boundaries of each of these precincts. The PSP Boundary layer includes a Status attribute to indicate if it is Completed or Not Yet Completed. The PSP Boundary layer is updated on an ad-hoc basis when there is a significant change to a boundary or upon completion of a PSP.
