This data is collected as part of Maternal and Child Health consultations (key ages and stages visits).

There are instances where the participation rates recorded at the LGA level have exceeded 100%.

This has occurred when the number of children attending the Centre throughout the year is greater than the number of children registered at the Centre on 30th June.

Active child records refer to the child having attended the MCH service at least once during the reporting financial year.
