Vicmap Admin - State Council Polygon 2005

State wide data showing Upper House boundaries and names. These are the Legislative Council Electoral Boundaries referred to as the Upper House Boundaries . Electoral Boundaries are defined under the requirements of the Electoral Boundaries Commission Act 1982. STATE_COUNCIL_2005 boundaries may contain overlaps and slivers due to maintenance regime. It is the intention that these will be removed over the next 12 months.
