Each record in the database details the subdivision and planning status of the land, the area of the site in hectares and the potential lot yield. Other details are also records against each site. Several key centres have been identified for analysis to be incorporated in the Regional Urban Development Program: Drouin, Warragul, Morwell, Churchill, Moe/Newborough,Traralgon, Mildura, Horsham, Gisborne, Kyneton, Winchelsea, Ballarat, Geelong, Bendigo
